Dr. Roy J. Picard, DC, FAAIM
After completing his undergraduate work at Wayne State University, Dr. Picard graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 1990. After 13 years of practicing traditional chiropractic, he began postgraduate studies in Functional Neurology, Functional Endocrinology, Myoneural Rehabilitation, and much more. He is board certified in Functional Neurology and a Fellow of the American Association of Integrative Medicine. His joy and passion are in helping those who were considered hopeless and destined for surgery.
Diane Campbell, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Diane is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2016. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at South University. She also completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Michigan University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Her work experience includes oncology, Research, Nephrology, and Pain Management. Diane prides herself on improving patient outcomes and feels that it is a privilege helping patients.
Having spent over 20 years in serving the healthcare industry, Josie has been a vital team member in doing all of the behind the scene work that often goes unnoticed in a busy office. Previously she was involved in nurse staffing for hospitals all over southeastern Michigan. She has been a loyal employee of Dr. Picard for over 14 years. She has great concern for every person who walks through the office doors and always offers kind, gentle words when people are often feeling their worst. She is always a strong source for encouragement, empathy and concern for others. Her desire is to help others get well and stay well.
With a strong desire to help others, Bianca is currently enrolled in college and plans to become a radiology technician. Her compassion and empathy makes her a natural fit at Michigan Integrative Health. Her friendly attitude and desire to help others tells patients that they are in a caring environment.
Dr. Kyon Hood, MD, FAAP
After completing undergraduate studies at Harvard University Extension School, Dr. Hood graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson in 2004. As a board-certified physician, he has had the pleasure to help patients and families in emergency medicine and primary care settings. As medical director for many years, he has led numerous quality program, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care possible.
Dr. Hood has always emphasized treating the patient and not the disease. A holistic approach, focusing on the body’s natural physiologic ability to heal, is the best way to improve desired outcomes and overall health.
With Michigan Integrative Health Center, Dr. Hood is blessed to have the opportunity to oversee a regenerative medicine practice that helps people live fuller, more functional, and healthier lives.
